Are your products ready-made or custom-made?
All products are custom-made to order, tailored to your size, style, and design preferences. We do not sell ready-made items.
Do you only make the designs shown on your website?
No. The suits shown on our website are just samples. If you have a sample of your own — a suit or jacket design — you can send us clear pictures or references, and we’ll recreate it exactly the way you want.
What materials do you use?
We use only premium-grade cowhide leather and kangaroo leather, known for durability, flexibility, and protection.
Inside the suit, we line with high-quality Kevlar fabric for enhanced safety and comfort — especially for motorbike riding gear.
What if my suit doesn’t fit properly?
o ensure a perfect fit, we require written measurements, and highly recommend sending a video showing how measurements are taken.
Without a video, we cannot guarantee accuracy and will not be responsible for fitting issues.
Can I see my product before it’s shipped?
Yes. We send you photos or short videos during production so you can review the progress and confirm your order before dispatch.
Do you accept returns?
Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer free exchange or repair. You must report the issue with video or photo proof within 3 days of delivery.
